Letters To Santa

I forgot that I had this picture on my camera until I stumbled across it today.  This is when we mailed our letters to Santa Claus at Macy's.  We mail them there because for every letter that is mailed, Macy's donates a dollar to the Make a Wish Foundation.  And because the big red mailbox is adorable.  :)

Carter School Pictures

Here are a few pictures we got from out community service project with the Carter Community School in December.  Between 3rd Bryan and 1st Beall, 26 NCSSM students took stockings to the K-2nd Grade students at the school, and Dr. Jon Miller came to read "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".  The students (older and younger) all had a great time, and I think it was the best the program has gone in the years I have been doing it.  Thanks to all who participated and donated supplies.
